A Visit From Santa

Santa came to see the kids at a party we were at two weekends ago. Stevie was great. She was a little scared at first but then she loved it

I kept telling Santa "Where my toys at?"

I am so excited Santa was really here.
This is our camera smile.

I am dancing for everyone.

I am getting a present from Santa.

Gingerbread House Troubles

We were making a Gingerbread house (Nina, Doug, Stevie and me), when Doug decided to add a touch to the wall by adding a wreath. He pushed both sides and as you can see pushed the sided in. It crashed to the ground. We had to be creative and put it together with Liquid nails. Needless to say the house is not edible. Stevie ate more candy than she put on. But we had a great time.

Look how cute it was before the crash!!

The house that was squeezed!!!!

What happened to my house? OH DADDY!!

Master of crafts!!!

The Name Is...

We have finally come to a decision on the name of our baby girl.

Scout Elizabeth Nesselrodt

We are getting excited about the new addition to our family in a couple of months. I am starting on a painting for her room and painting the walls.

A Weekend At Deer Camp

This past weekend the family went to Deer Camp. Stevie has been talking about this for weeks. She is crazy about hunting. Before she could talk or walk she was watching hunting with Doug. Now she can name the animals and tries to make their sounds. This weekend was quite an event. The temperature was freezing and since it is modern gun season no playing but close to the camp (with hunter orange on). We took Mason with us. Mason, Stevie, and I were stuck in an 8x12 bunk house all day Saturday due to the weather. Doug of course was hunting. He did take Mason that morning and Stevie the afternoon. I think this was God's way of preparing me for two kids because they fought (he's touching me, that's my toy, leave me alone). I thought I was going to pull my hair out!!! Thank goodness there is a Walmart in every town.

My cooking partner

Stevie loves to help in the kitchen. It's sweet to see her get excited about helping mommy cook. This morning she wanted pancakes so I gave her a bowl and some mix and she stirred. I can't believe she is getting so big. Since we are having another girl it's just a great time right now to really cherish this time with Stevie.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch this year in Mayflower. We really enjoyed this patch better than the Hidden Valley one. As you can see Stevie loved the corn dog. It is as big as she is. We did not get as many pictures as we would liked too, due to she was WAY to busy. Plus daddy does not do well with crowds and he was a bit cranky. Stevie wanted every pumpkin there. She really wanted the giant ones.

I am just starting to blog.

I hope I am doing this correctly. I am a first time blogger. I thought it would be fun to start since a new baby girl is on the way and just to let friends see what goes on in our household. Thanks to Lauren for the good example of a blogspot.
